Trained pets (cats or dogs) with a maximum weight of 10 kilos, complete health certificates and vaccinations, accompanied by their owners are accepted with a payment of 35 euros per pet for the entire accommodation in our city hotels and 25 euros per pet, per day in our Resort hotels.
The pet's vaccination card/passport must be presented upon arrival.
A deposit payment of €150 for possible damages that may be caused by pets will be received upon arrival to be refunded on the checkout day on the condition that there are no repair or replacement costs to be charged.
Please note that pets are not allowed in food and beverage, swimming pool and spa areas.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrying box in all public areas of the hotel.
Guests are provided with the relevant information in writing and asked to sign a form upon arrival.
