    Smoking is not permited inside public areas of the property. Smoking rooms are avalible. Please state your smoking room request during reservation.
  • Pet Policies

    Trained pets (cats or dogs) with a maximum weight of 10 kilos, complete health certificates and vaccinations, accompanied by their owners are accepted with a payment of 35 euros per pet for the entire accommodation in our city hotels and 25 euros per pet, per day in our Resort hotels.

    The pet's vaccination card/passport must be presented upon arrival.

    A deposit payment of €150 for possible damages that may be caused by pets will be received upon arrival to be refunded on the checkout day on the condition that there are no repair or replacement costs to be charged.

    Please note that pets are not allowed in food and beverage, swimming pool and spa areas.

    Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrying box in all public areas of the hotel.

    Guests are provided with the relevant information in writing and asked to sign a form upon arrival.

  • Rezervation Cancellation
    All cancellations and changes must be received 3 days before arrival date by 16:00. Or one night's room rate will be charged as no-show. This policy is not valid for any non refandable rates and packages.
  • Rezervation
    All reservations must be guaranteed. Hotel has right to cancell all non guaranteed reservations 3 days prior to arrival date as of 16:00. Reservations can be guaranteed with a valid credit card detail or deposit.
  • Guarantee
    In case of no-show, 1 night of room rate will be charged to the guest credit card or collected from the deposit.
  • VAT
    Room rates are included 10% VAT, 5% service charge and 2% accommodation tax per room per night. 10% service charge will be applied to all prices for food & beverage. 20% VAT included to all expenses other than accommodation.
  • Child Policies
    Children between 0-6 years of age stay for free in the room of their parents. From age 7 chlidren are councedered as adults and subject to third person fee.
