Announcements of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health about COVID-19 virus, which affects the whole world, are also closely followed. All measures are taken and regular checks are carried out within the scope of the directives of the Ministry of Health. These actions also include a wide range of precautions, including COVID-19.

You should be assured that we take all necessary actions to provide you the highest level of hygiene during your accommodation. We regularly share the suggestions of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health with regard to COVID-19 with all our hotels and also control the applications in all units.
Before Your Stay
We consider the possibility that your travel plans may change in upcoming days. We will provide free change or cancellation option (including the day of arrival) of all individual reservations, including prepaid bookings, till end of April, to welcome you safely at Divan Hotels and always to make you feel that we are with you.
During Your Stay
We are aware that all of us must be more careful with the COVID - 19 virus when performing our current activities. In this context; hand hygiene and cleaning products specifications, guest room and common area cleaning procedures are applied at the highest level with an augmented frequency.
As Divan Group, we act within our cleaning rules and hygiene procedures to protect our guests, stakeholders and employees at all our hotels, restaurants, patisseries, bakeries and banquet units.
Cleaning Products: We work with disinfectant products and protective equipment of international organizations approved by the Ministry of Health.
Common Areas: Frequency of standard cleaning practices for common areas have been increased. Common touch areas such as all door handles, WCs, elevator buttons, tables and chairs, welcome stands, security points are disinfected at short intervals.
Kitchen: All surfaces and equipment are being disinfected. Hand washing and disinfection are regularly followed in the kitchen.
Food and Beverage Areas: Feeding chairs and guest tables are wiped with disinfectant. Our employees give regular and frequent hand washing breaks. Door handles, chair handles, salt and pepper shakers, teapots, coffee thermos, service covers and menus that our guests may have hand contact are disinfected regularly. Our tables are placed with distance and rearranged during this period.
Within the scope of our hygiene procedure for our employees who always aim to provide you the safest and high quality service;
Personal hygiene: Washing hands properly and at regular basis is vital to support the fight against the spread of the virus. In terms of health of both our employees and our guests, we give importance to hand cleaning and regularly check it. In addition to hand cleaning, our related employees use disposable gloves and change them regularly. The frequency of cleaning and changing uniforms of all our employees has been increased.
Training: In addition to our general hygiene standards, COVID-19 awareness trainings are provided for our colleagues working in all our units in a widely scoped and organized manner.
