Risotto Days at Divan Lokanta
Divan Lokanta awaits those who wish to learn the secrets of making the perfect risotto. During March, Italian Executive Chef Giancarlo Gottardo will demonstrate the techniques of preparing five different risotto recipes. The Risotto workshop will take place every Saturday between 12:00 - 14:00 and end with sampling of the prepared dishes and special surprises. The participation fee is 85 TL per person. Those who only wish to taste the delicious flavours can visit Divan Lokanta or Divan Pub and select from a specially prepared risotto menu.
