Divan Touch Members Club is a loyalty program that provides you discounts on food and beverage when dining at participating hotels and patisseries in Turkey. This membership also offers you a variety of accommodation benefits during your stay at Divan Hotels Group.

As a Divan Touch Member, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

1.Dining Benefit: Following discounts off the total food bill for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining:

• 50% for cardholder and 1 guest
• 33.3% for cardholder and 2 guests
• 25% for cardholder and 3 guests
• 20% for cardholder and 4 guests
• 16.67% for cardholder and 5 guests
• 15% for cardholder and 6 or more guests
• 15% for cardholder, when dining alone

Promotions: Ten percent (10%) discount off the total food bill on any promotions.

2.Patisserie Benefit: Fifteen percent (15%) discount on the total bill, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.

3.Beverage Benefit: Fifteen percent (15%) discount off alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.

4.Guest Room Benefits:

• Preferred Room Rate: Ten percent (10%) discount off the best available rate.
• Complimentary Upgrade: Complimentary upgrade to the next available room category at the preferred room rate.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Flexible check-in time and check-out times.

5.Complimentary Night Certificate: One (1) certificate to enjoy one (1) complimentary night stay in a standard room accommodation.

*To redeem your complimentary night stay at Divan İstanbul, Divan İstanbul Asia and Divan Çukurhan (Ankara), a surcharge of one hundred Turkish Lira (100 TL) will apply.

6.Cash Certificates: Seventeen (17) Cash Certificates to the value of twenty-five Turkish Lira (25 TL) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage at the inscribed Restaurants

7.Referral Card Incentive: One (1) certificate for complimentary dessert “Chef’s Selection” when two (2) or more people are dining.
